Brickshore Media & Wynne Productions would like to thank everyone
who came out to the EP Release Show for Julia Capogrossi!
This petite firecracker songstress celebrated the release of her much anticipated debut EP, What I'm Thinkin,'
with friends, family and industry personnel. She kicked off her album release week by first making a stop in her hometown for a media run and a private EP Release party. She wrapped up the week by performing in front of a packed house at 12th & Porter. With her commanding stage presence, soaring vocals and upbeat personality,
there's no denying music is her passion.
Capogrossi took some time out of her show to talk about another reason why everyone is there.
Even though it was a free event, she encouraged everyone to donate to Tucker's House, a non-profit organization
that ‘partners with families of children with disabilities to provide home renovation and retrofitting services and resources necessary to make their homes safe and more accessible.’
“I wanted to use this release party as a way to bring awareness to this organization," says Capogrossi.
"From the minute I first volunteered for them, I was moved. It is amazing what they do
for the families to make a home a place that is not only wheelchair accessible,
but a way for the child to be as independent as possible.”
