They Said He Wasn’t Hurt – We lose to many of our nations heroes to their battle with PTSD. Veterans, Police, Firefighters, EMTs, and all those whom have seen horrific tragedies have to deal with the emotional and mental scars that come with serving our great nation. Let’s honor them and help them heal with our attention and willingness to find the help they so rightly deserve. Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask for the help that is needed. “They Said He Wasn’t Hurt,” is the anthem to bring a light of hope for all those who still have the battlefield playing in their heads.

This song is my effort to support the men and women that served and still serve today. I know firsthand the sacrifices that are made. They had my back, and though I am no longer in the service, I want them to know that I’ve got theirs. Armed with a guitar and a microphone, I will do all that I can to ensure that their sacrifices are never forgotten.
I hope the song will remind people that our nation’s flag is a symbol, not only of a great and free nation, but also of all those who have given much … and of all those who, whenever needed throughout our nation, are the first to answer the call.
